以天然無毒方式種植，自家烘製，產期為每年的11月~12月，約8台斤新鮮花朵烘製成1台斤乾燥杭菊，因生產不易，產量稀少，無法大量生產，是一款別具特色的台灣在地農產品。
將6-8朵杭菊，加入約300cc熱水，浸泡3分鐘，茶湯濃淡可依個人喜好增減用量及浸泡時間。(越多朵杭菊，浸泡時間越久，香味越濃郁)
天然無毒の方法で栽培され、自家乾燥させた菊で、収穫時期は毎年11月から12月です。約4.8kgの新鮮な花から600ｇの乾燥菊しか作られないため、生産が難しく、量産はできません。この商品は特色あふれる台湾の地元農産物です。
6～8個の菊を約300ccの熱湯に入れ、3分間浸します。お茶の濃さはお好みに応じて使用量や浸す時間を調整してください。（菊の量が多いほど、また浸す時間が長いほど香りが濃厚になります）
Grown using natural, toxin-free methods and carefully hand-dried in-house, these Hangzhou chrysanthemums have a limited harvest season from November to December. Due to the labor-intensive production process, it takes approximately 4.8kg of fresh flowers to produce just 600g of dried chrysanthemums. With its rare yield and artisanal craftsmanship, this is a truly distinctive Taiwanese agricultural treasure that cannot be mass-produced.
Steep 6–8 chrysanthemum blossoms in approximately 300cc of hot water for three minutes. The strength of the infusion can be adjusted by altering the number of flowers and steeping time. (the more flowers and the longer the steep, the richer and more aromatic the tea)
